Mindy first experienced Stroller Strides after finding out she was pregnant with her 2nd child, Penny. She was already a mom to a 16-month-old bundle of energy (her son, Asher), and she knew she had to find herself a tribe of mamas who would support her as she began the journey from mom-of-one to mom-of-two! After joining Stroller Strides, Mindy immediately fell in love with the FIT4MOM programs and village.

After her daughter was born, Mindy wanted to renew her love of fitness and share the success she had through the FIT4MOM programs with other moms, so she became Stroller Strides certified in January of 2016. Over the next 2 years, Mindy increased her FIT4MOM certifications to include FIT4BABY, Stroller Barre, and Body Back, and is now the proud owner of FIT4MOM Upper Arlington.

Mindy's family includes her husband, Chris; son, Asher (5 yrs old); and daughter, Penny (3 yrs old). She has lived in the area since 1990, and her husband is a proud graduate of Upper Arlington High School and The Ohio State University. On Sunday mornings, you can find Mindy in a worship leadership role at Trinity United Methodist Church in Grandview.
