Come out and meet the instructors and get a sampling of the formats we offer!
Saturday, August 9th 10:00-11:00
Homestead Metro Park Park in the lot to the left when you drive into the park. We will meet on the grass/path near the bright green play equipment, white barn, and brown bathroom building.
Free Event:
Slow down and have some fun with us! Little explorers invited to search for hidden turtles, move at our own pace and soak up the turtle vibes.
Coffee, connection, and a little friendly ice breaker bingo.

Thompson park- meet in the parking lot on the McCoy Road side of the park.
Join us for our next FIT4MOM FREE Coffee Chat and Mom Walk and play our Sip and Stroll Bingo.
Meet moms, get your steps in, and check off silly and sweet moments along the way. First bingo wins a prize - but everyone walks away with community and caffeine!
