FIT4MOM’s Run Club+ program is designed for any level of runner. Looking for accountability? We’ve got you, Mama! Our Fall session kicks off the week of September 18. Train for one of the Hot Chocolate races with your mom squad!
The Run Club+ program includes:
- 8-week training program
- Group accountability
- Personalized coaching
- Personalized plan options
- Access to FIT4MOM On Demand during the 8-week training
- In-person group runs (optional)

In-person group runs (optional) will take place on the Heritage Rail Trail on the following dates:
- Sunday, September 24 at 9am
- Sunday, October 8 at 9am
- Sunday, October 22 at 9am
- November 5 at 9am
