BODY WELL® is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. BODY WELL will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.


This program is thoughtfully and creatively designed especially for moms, however all women are welcome to join.

BODY WELL Holiday Hustle Starts November 27!

We know the holiday season can turn your busy momlife on its ear. This season, we’re on a mission to make sure you don’t lose sight of your own health and wellness between now and the end of the year.

Over the course of four weeks, you'll receive personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our nationally certified trainers will guide you through challenging workouts that will help you build strength, increase endurance, and have fun doing so! But, Body Well is more than just a fitness program—it's a community of like-minded women who understand the challenges of motherhood and the importance of self-care. You'll make new friends, get support from your peers, and have a blast while getting healthy.

The BODY WELL Holiday Hustle includes:

• 3 weekly workouts: Work one-on-one with your personal coach to schedule 3 workouts each week that work with your busy schedule. Choose from any in-person, virtual, or On Demand workout from FIT4MOM UA+Hilliard.

• Body Well Basics wellness guide with nutritional guidance and easy recipes

• Small group accountability and reach outs via the free TrainerFu app. Ability to contact your coach and other program participants via the app. Cheer one another on and keep each other on-task.

• Goal setting assistance
